2013 we were happy to have a call for researchers to take part in a Research Week, which finally we decided to cancel because of various reasons.
We kept on going with the call for 2 researchers (Jess Curtis, USA; Jurij Konjar, SLO) to follow us along with the teachers meeting and the Festival.
2012 the contactfestival freiburg, was eager to offer a Research Project for the first time. We were happy to extend our structure to deepen the knowledge of CI through research. We made an open call for experienced contact dancers who were already researching Contact Improvisation. The Project had 2 categories. A one week project and 2 researchers free places (Jurij Konjar, SLO; Thalia Laric, ZA) to follow us along the research week, the Teachers meeting and the contactfestival freiburg.
